Data Deletion Request

DialoG Express respects your right to delete your data at any time. This page explains what data we store and how to request its complete removal.

Data we store

  • • Account information (email, name, password hash).
  • • Contacts you import (name, phone, email, tags).
  • • Call data (transcripts, duration, outcome, AI summaries, recordings).
  • • Agent scripts, schedules, email campaigns, and app settings.
  • • Usage and billing records tied to your subscription.
  • • Technical data (browser, IP, device) used for security and analytics.
  • • If you signed in via Facebook: your Facebook user ID, name, email, and profile picture.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in two ways:

1. Email us

Send a deletion request to privacy@dialo.ai from the email address tied to your account. Include the statement: "Please delete my account and all associated data." We will reply with a confirmation code you can use to track the request.

2. In-app account deletion

Sign in and go to Settings to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What happens next

  • • We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
  • • Your account is deactivated immediately upon receipt.
  • • Personal data, contacts, transcripts, recordings, and settings are erased within 14 days.
  • • We notify our sub-processors (Supabase, Vapi, Cartesia, Google) to delete your data.
  • • Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics but cannot be linked back to you. Billing records are retained only as long as required by tax and accounting law.
