Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Dialo AI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dialo AI to:
- • Place calls that violate applicable law (TCPA, GDPR, robocall rules, do-not-call lists).
- • Impersonate people or organizations, or hide that the call is AI-generated.
- • Send spam, scams, or unlawful solicitations.
- • Harass, threaten, defame, or defraud anyone.
- • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
You are solely responsible for the content of calls you place and for obtaining required consents.
3. Plans and billing
Economy is free during beta. Business is billed monthly. Carrier and AI usage costs may be passed through. Cancel any time; no refunds for partial periods.
4. AI disclosure
You agree to keep the opening AI disclosure enabled on every call and to comply with local laws requiring disclosure of automated voice calls.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". We rely on third-party providers (Vapi, Cartesia, Google, Supabase). Outages of those providers may affect Dialo AI.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
