Dialo AI ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered voice calling software accessible via the dialo.ai website and related domains. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information we collect
- • Account data (email, name, password hash) when you sign up.
- • Contacts you import (name, phone, email, tags) — used only to place calls you initiate.
- • Call data (transcript, duration, outcome, AI summary) created by your usage.
- • Technical data (browser, IP, device) for security and analytics.
- • Cookies for authentication and consent — see "Cookies" below.
How we use information
- • Operate and improve the Dialo AI service.
- • Place calls you authorize via our telephony partner (Vapi) and voice partner (Cartesia).
- • Generate post-call summaries via AI providers (Google Gemini).
- • Send service notifications (security alerts, billing, transactional emails).
- • Detect and prevent abuse.
Sub-processors
We share necessary data with: Supabase (database & auth), Vapi (telephony), Cartesia (voice synthesis), and Google (AI summaries). Each is bound by data-protection terms.
Recording and AI disclosure
Calls placed through Dialo AI are AI-generated. Each call begins with an AI disclosure line. Recordings, when enabled, require party consent under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with consent requirements (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CCPA).
Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Call transcripts and recordings are retained for 90 days unless you delete them sooner. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. Email us at privacy@dialo.ai.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your cookie consent. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
